Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging included

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

How to Start a Return

Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK returns: £3.95, deducted from your refund.

  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return postage.

If the item is faulty or we made an error, we’ll cover all return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please allow your bank additional time to clear the funds.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply start a return and let us know the size/colour you want. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.
